Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information myWealthOS collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

During our pre-launch period, the only personal information we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when reserving a founding member spot on our waitlist.

We do not collect your name, phone number, financial data, or any other personal information at this stage.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for the following purpose:

• To send you a single launch notification on or around May 15, 2026, containing your founding member discount code and instructions to activate your account.

We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional messages beyond that single launch notification unless you explicitly opt in after the product launches.

3. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously:

• All data is transmitted over TLS/SSL encrypted connections.
• Email addresses collected through our waitlist form are stored in encrypted form at rest.
• Waitlist form submissions are handled by Formspree, a reputable form processing service. You can review Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io.
• Access to stored email addresses is limited to authorized personnel only.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or any other commercial entities.

The only exception is Formspree, which processes waitlist form submissions on our behalf as a data processor, bound to use your data only to provide that service.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your email address from our waitlist at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked.
• Unsubscribe — opt out of receiving the launch notification at any time by emailing us.

6. Cookies

The myWealthOS pre-launch website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We may use basic session storage in your browser to support normal page functionality, but no persistent identifying cookies are set by our site.

7. Children Under 13

The myWealthOS waitlist and pre-launch website are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their email address through our waitlist, please contact us at hello@mywealthos.com and we will promptly delete that information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as myWealthOS grows and new features are introduced. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
