Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before joining the myWealthOS waitlist or using this website. By reserving a founding member spot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

myWealthOS is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid subscription, a binding contract for services, or a guarantee of any specific pricing or features.

1. Pre-Launch Waitlist

The myWealthOS website and waitlist constitute a pre-launch reservation service only. As of the date of these Terms, myWealthOS is not yet a paid subscription product and no subscription or paid service agreement is created by reserving a spot on the waitlist.

Reserving a founding member spot:

Does not guarantee access to the myWealthOS application.
Does not guarantee any specific pricing, plan features, or subscription terms.
Does not constitute a purchase, payment, or binding commitment by either party.
Entitles you to receive a launch notification email on or around May 15, 2026, containing a founding member discount offer.

2. No Financial Advice

myWealthOS is a budgeting and personal finance organization tool. It is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or financial planner. Nothing on this website, in the myWealthOS application, or in any communications from myWealthOS constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All content is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any significant financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a spot on the myWealthOS waitlist. By submitting your email address, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use this website or submit your information.

4. Pricing and Changes

All pricing information displayed on this website is indicative and subject to change before or at launch. We reserve the right to change pricing, plan structures, and available features at any time prior to the official product launch without notice or liability.

The founding member discount (currently advertised as 30% off the first year) is offered in good faith and represents our current intent, but is not a binding offer or contract until confirmed in the official launch communication sent to waitlist members.

5. Acceptable Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information, including invalid email addresses.
Attempt to circumvent, hack, or interfere with the site or its underlying systems.
Use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist reservations or scrape site content.
Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

6. No Warranties

This website and the waitlist service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content on this site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myWealthOS and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website or the waitlist service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed $0, given that no monetary consideration is exchanged for the waitlist reservation.
